Items should be returned in original condition, meaning the item is unused, unwashed and all original packaging and labels are in good condition.

After an order is placed, Luxebatex Limited will send transactional emails including, order confirmation and shipping updates. Make sure to provide the right information during checkout for uninterrupted communication and delivery.
Check the order confirmation email to ensure the accuracy of all submitted information. If you can’t see one in your inbox, check your spam folder or contact us for an email to be re-sent. Luxebatex Limited won’t be held responsbile for delayed, damaged or lost parcels due to wrong or missing information and costs incurred will be paid for by the customer.
Parcel Shipments
Once the shipping confirmation email containing the parcel tracking number has been sent, it’s the customers responsibility to track their parcel.
Our delivery partners are DPD Local, DHL Parcel UK and Parcelforce for the UK and DHL Express for international parcels. Please refer to their websites for tracking instructions. Contact us if your parcel has not been delivered within 10 business days.
Lost / Damaged Parcels
Make sure to contact us within 30 days of your order date if your parcel is damaged or missing. We will help you locate the parcel and/or raise a lost claim with the shipping company.
Luxebatex Limited won’t be held responsbile for any lost or damaged claims made after the 30 day period. Such claims will not be processed and no refunds will be issued to the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
